This is the reply I got. \"Hi sorry for the delay,The proxxon has just arrived and is booked in out system, then we will dispatch asap\" I thanked them for their reply and asked when will I receive the drill and the answer I got was next week.I waited then on the 1st June I message the seller again asking. \"It's the 1st now and still not received the drill. Can you tell me when it was sent and with who?\" On 2nd June I received this reply. \"hi, still waiting for this to come in, should be anyday. or you ok to hang on or i can refund and let you know once in. regards\" With this I decided to give up with this seller and asked for a refund. All the way though this saga they were still showing they had stock!I did a web search and found a tool-shop in Swindon that said they had the drill in stock. I rang them up to confirm they had stock and I got the drill the following day plus it was £3 cheaper even with the fast delivery. Excellent service.As for the Proxxon drill. That gets 5 stars. It is an excellent piece of kit. I already have their 12v transformer with speed control and with the speed control on the drill as well. It allows you to sand, cut and drill even plastic without melting it.
