Excellent.....
I bought a pair of 5.11 combat boots about 2 years ago. They are the FDE color. Love the boots BUT, the original laces that came with them would constantly come untucked and untied. I bought these as a replacement. I've had these for two months and they have not come untucked or untied. A little thinner, in my opinion is a good thing. They durable, look good and also look professional.

Great laces
I like these laces, they were the right boot length, spot on with the color and they are very strong. The price was low, and I got them right away. I would recommend these boot laces to anyone.

They handle easily and well
I am using these to replace the factory laces in a pair of Altamas with 8" shafts using ladder lacing and a cord lock at the top of the boot.I haven't had them long enough to comment on their durability, but they travel through the grommets smoothly and make the ladder lacing very easy to lace up and to remove the boots. They also knot securely enough to use a cord lock for ease and speed of use and they don't slip on a mile walk over broken ground.

Great Value Product!
I was in quite a pickle because my dogs love to chew my laces and my old laces were pretty old and got sun bleached and pretty much looked purple. I got these in one day and was quite a lifesaver! (For my military folks, you know we gotta stay in regs!) It isn’t super thick which was good b/c I have light boots with thinner laces and it fit my boots perfectly! Definitely gave my old dusty boots life with a brand new look and feel.

New? Hard to tell from packaging.
Haven’t used yet, so don’t know about durability.Great price, but I bought “new” product.Hard to feel confident that they are really new when the bottom of the package is taped shut & the top is opened up.A lot thinner than the 511 laces I am replacing.More to come on durability.Made in China in case you were wondering.
