I decided to buy these Fitlife bands after trying to go the gym, as I wasn’t seeing any results and I can’t afford a personal trainer. I can honestly say that I am impressed with these compared to my previous plastic resisted band. These bands come with four pages of exercises that you can follow, which I follow. The workout guide that comes with this purchase is really useful and a bonus! After each session with these bands I feel like I have done a proper hard work out with weights. Since I using these I haven’t felt any slipping like you do with the plastic one, this is because of the non-slip material that really helps to ensure that the band stays in place. They appear very well made and substantial, the tension is so great that they retract immediately when I'm doing squat workouts. I am very happy with my purchase. Not only did it arrive promptly but it exceeded my expectations. Lovely colours and boy did it they work!!! I have used other brands but will reorder from this company in future, just in case I need to but I doubt it as the quality is so good. Speedy delivery and well packaged.

I'm overall pretty happy with these resistance bands. I bought these to help with some leg exercises to deal with tendonitis - They're good quality and stay in place well, come with a decent little carrying bag too. If you're after some resistance bands these will do the job well!My main gripe with these was that there was a pretty unpleasant smell when I removed them from the packaging. Appreciate that seems to be a bit of a theme with these kind of things and I'm sure will go away soon but still a bit of a pain. Also not sure if it's a bit picky to say but I think for three bands the set is a tad pricey. So far so good!

I’ve bought resistance bands before - the runner ones and found them to slip and when you sweat they slip even more. Thes are totally different. They are strong durable and do not slip at all they also don’t have that horrible rubbery smell. There are 3 different strengths in the bands and so you can build nip the exercises with the help of the little manual. Really good and after doing a set of exercises with them you really do feel you’ve done a workout. Great value and I’d definitely recommend these over the rubbery ones

I love these resistance bands, a little gym in a box. There are three bands of various tensions. They are very well made and comfortable when using. The bands provide excellent resistance when stretching and are a great addition to my little portable gym equipment pack.Buy them, you won't be disappointed.

They look great and the material is really fab unlike some cheaper ones I have used before! I use them at home for my leg training and I am very satisfied! I can recommend them and although they are more pricey than most they are good vale for money and I haven't found them any cheaper than on Amazon.

Effective exercise bands. Three different sizes, small, medium and large so a good selection, with the full set saving you about £6 in comparison to getting all three separately, which is a plus. Have given this to my local gym for some new lessons that have started over there and they have given great feedback on the product! Overall, if this is what you're looking for, I'd definitely recommend them!

Very sturdy and of good quality. I bought the blue one but only realised that the colour is specific to the size. Pink is small, blue medium and green large. This was not clear when ordering. Otherwise, happy with the product.

La cinta está genial, la elasticidad dura que tiene y el ejercicio que hagas, lo vas a notar rápido, aunque no me di cuenta o no vi en opciones y compré la L, pensaba que venían 3, pero viendo la gran calidad, es el precio de una, y contento de haberla adquirido, si eres persona grande, compra la L, pero recomiendo la M incluso la S, aún así, haré mis ejercicios de piernas, lo recomiendo.

Je suis très satisfaite de cet article qui est arrivé avant la date prévue, dans ce contexte c'est très appréciable. Le colis était très bien emballé. Les bandes sont larges et de très bonne qualité. Pour en avoir utilisé de nombreuses en silicone ou simili qui ont fini par se déchirer, je pense que celles-ci vont durer beaucoup plus longtemps car elles sont épaisses. La rose est la moins large donc la plus "dure" (taille S), la bleue est un peu plus large mais mode "pas facile" non plus (taille M) et la verte est plus large (taille L), plus adaptée aux squats sumos par exemple mais pas "facile" pour autant. Habituées à la salle de musculation depuis des années, je peux vous affirmer qu'elles travaillent très très bien le fessier notamment avec les exercices, séries et nombre de répétitions adaptés évidemment (squats, fire hydrant, donkey kicks, kicks backs...). Ah oui j'oubliais : elles sont fournies avec un petit sac de rangement très utile pour le transport :)

Super pour travailler les cuisses. Ayant pas la possibilité de faire du sport en salle, j'ai décidé de faire travailler mes muscles à la maison en commençant en douceur. Ce lot de trois bande élastique est parfait pour sa ! Il y a trois niveaux d'intensité différente. Les bandes sont comme décrites et font le job. Elles ne glisse pas une fois positionné.Plusieurs exercices sont possible. Je suis satisfaite

Trop bien, je ne m'attendais pas à une telle qualité.Très résistant flexible comme il le faut pour très bien travaillé. Taille l m et s, pour faire jambe, cheville et bras. Je suis vraiment contente de la qualité c'est vraiment une bonne matière. Une petite odeur à la réception j'ai donc laver à froid à la main pour ne pas détériorer le matériel.

J'avais l'habitude d'utiliser des bandes en caoutchouc étroites pour mes entraînements jusqu'à ce qu'on me recommande des plus larges. En effet, je trouve le confort meilleur et la largeur de la bande élastique semble donner une facilité sur la bande la plus résistante. Un travail tout aussi efficace à mon goût.

Io sono una taglia normale e questo trainer e veramente troppo stretto per far qualsiasi movimento. Non consiglio.

Solo viene una y talla L, buena calidad pero publicidad un tanto engañosa, hay packs de 3 pero no bien especificado.

En la descripción pone que vienen 3 y solo llega una!!! Estafa!!!!
