The material of the product looks very old, little faded in color. The handle isn't sitting properly in the water tub and not rotating freely. Unfortunately because of being out of town, we elapsed the replacement time. We do want to replace or return it.

My previous experience with this mop was great. Unfortunately my handle broke down. When I search for a new one I did not realised that it is available in Amazon and i purchsed another branded one. It broke down in just six months.

I purchased this on 2nd May 2021 after lots of research and based on the review rating in Amazon. From 21st may 2021 till date, it's just 64 days, and the stick stopped working as it's not spinning. I do not want to mention anything more here on the quality as it is implied. Need to search on the warranty now .. One can decide on whether to buy this product or not after seeing this experience.Update on 28-08-2021: I had to struggle for warranty claim. Expensive product with cheap quality is from China. Importer and seller (cloudtail) did not help to claim warranty. Amazon also tried to claim warranty for around 38 days which went in vain. Finally Amazon helped me by initiating return/refund which took around 38 days post reported for warranty claim.. So, my suggestion is please stay away from this product…

I bought this second time. One of the amazing product and superior quality. Genuine price if you compare with other mop companies.

Very strong, sturdy product... Plus the rod is built to last ... The other companies rods always cause an issue and stops working after some months..... But since this rod is built with a turning mechanism for locking, so it lasts much longer for many years...

Very Good productSuggestion is that there should be tyres with magic box with lock so that we can easily move and shift while cleaning
