I've tried MANY cleansing balms that wouldn't completely dissolve, therefore, wasting product down the drain. This product is more of a thick Vaseline, with a slight menthol scent and action (which i really liked). It dissolved all of my makeup, including waterproof mascara and eyeliner. It did not bother my eyes. It did not make my face greasy even after applying my usual nighttime routine (and I have a very oily t-zone). After washing my face felt moisturized, not tight. Do yourself a favor and try this. You won't regret it. I'll be back for more.

LOVE this product! It’s become part of my two-step, holy grail, cleansing routine. It effortlessly melts off your makeup, even waterproof mascara! It does leave your face feeling very oily after… not a bad thing, since this is just step one. I come in with a different product (Babor Refining Enzyme & Vitamin C Cleanser) to really get my face and pores clean and clear and remove the residue from Versed. I used to use Erno Laszlo cleansing oil as my step one but Versed is a far superior product - bold claim!!! I’ve used Laszlo for decades but Versed is better, cheaper and a more thorough cleanser. Highly recommend! Their moisturizer is good too. I have a few that are better but they’re in a very different price range lol… for the price, you would be hard pressed to beat this product! You only need those higher end products into your mid 40s+ so if you’re young, you’ll especially love Versed!

Bought a travel size of this cleanser hen I forgot my regular stuff at home. I've been a Clinique gal for literally decades, and let me tell ya- this lil travel size wowed me so much I've officially made the switch! It's super creamy with a hint of mint that feels so refreshing! It removes makeup & rinses away easily. I especially love that it's cruelty-free & made with clean ingredients. I hv since ordered the face lotion & a couple of their serums as well. I highly recommend their whole line, it's SO good!

I like the way the product works. It takes off makeup and mascara well and leaves sking feeling smooth. However that scent! It is too much. Once I have used all this product I will look for an alternative without the smell.

This product cleans my skin so well and is a great value. I’ve used more expensive products that don’t work as well as this one.

Never going back to micellar water or makeup wipes after using this product. Amazing for sensitive skin and takes makeup off with very little product.

I had read that you should not use make-up removing wipes because you tend to pull at your skin when using them. By pulling at your skin you could possibly be damaging your skin over time. Since I am now 62 years old I want to be extra gentle with my skin since it isn't as resilient as it once was. This cleanser works very well at cleansing the skin as well as removing make-up. I use waterproof mascara and this cleanser removes every trace of mascara. I am left with my skin feeling clean and soft after using this product. I highly recommend this cleanser.
