Perfect for ethernet and extra USB ports

Others have mentioned how hot it gets. Yes, it does get warm only when in use, but not dangerously so. It cools off when computer is not being used. Others have also mentioned USB keyboards and mice may not work. I have both connected and they work fine. Also, I've used it to connect several types of Western Digital external hard drives, up to 2 TB. White cable to the computer is good length and flexible (versus rigid). Great product for the price.
