Great product. Great service.I purchased the Royal Blue bottles. The blue is so deep, it almost looks transparent. Totally impressed with the color.The ability to keep things cold is also quite impressive. Hours and hours later, ice still clinking around in the bottle. I love cold water. These bottles absolutely do a remarkable job at keeping the water cold. I don't drink coffee, and when I get hot chocolate, I drink it too quickly for this to matter. I am sure it is fine, but I cannot speak to that.,am one to judge customer service not based on when things go 100% right, but rather when they don't, and how the company handles things. For this reason, this vendor, Jearey, deserves extremely high marks. One of the original 8 bottles I ordered had a problem with the lid. I am sure this was a manufacturing defect, or a packing problem. Regardless of the cause, the vendor, Jearey, make it 100% right with no fuss. I judge them to be a vendor of high integrity. If you are going to buy insulated water bottles from somebody, Jearey is an excellent choice, and I highly recommend them.No regrets... In fact, I ordered 8 more bottles, as I absolutely love the product, and trust the service, and have recently given up cola beverages, and having my water really cold helps immensely!!!
