Love my new set of lights. I am on a mission to cover my room and other areas of the house in lights to create a relaxing and uplifting environment, i have chronic pain and poor health and things can get a little dark but when i look at the lights i feel a little bit better so i am fighting the dark with light(s).These lights do not disappoint, they are well built and of a high quality. The little remote works well and there are plenty of options to choose from, you can select from the 16 different colours and several lighting modes.My favourite colour is slightly strange, it is an almost see-through lilac but when you fully look at it you can see different colours deep within it almost like seeing the pebbles through a lake. It's quite relaxing to look at, i am trying to use Mindfulness for my pain and i use this colour to stare at while clearing my mind. I also like the blues, the navy and light blue are lovely and vivid but don't have the usual cold feel to them that other lights usually have, the colour pallet is spot on.I enjoy the lights on the static mode but i also like the fade mode, it cycles through the 16 colours at an ideal speed - it's lovely to watch and as the speed isn't too fast i don't get that nausea feeling or dizziness/headache when watching it for awhile.As the lights are LED they won't cost a lot to run, and they do not produce excess heat so are safe to use.Great value set, built to last, lovely colours, I am very happy with my purchase.

These are lovely bright lights and 200 were enough to cover a 6ft Christmas tree. I like the fact that they are plug in (standard UK) A nice feature is that you can use either the remote control to change the colours or the control box on the wire itself. The fade option is my personal favourite, but you also get a nice amount of static colours. The remote takes a CR2025 battery and mine came with one already installed, but as stated, it is very useful to be able to change the colour sequence using the control box should the remote stop working. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, I think they could be used anywhere in the house and look great at any time of year.

Put these lights on my Christmas tree outside. The remote works from inside the house as the sensor is on the plug end. Beautiful bright colours (not the traditional red, yellow, blue and green) with lots of light and speed sequences. Can also have them stay on the one colour. I love the lilac colour but used something different daily over the Christmas. You can have cool white or warm white and lots of gorgeous colours too. Best lights I’ve had. Also bought a few sets of the ollny curtain lights for the windows too. Also one control operates them all if you have a few sets. Spare battery included for the remote which I haven’t had to use yet but they were only up for 3 weeks.💜❤️💛💗💚🤍💙🧡

Used them for the first time at Christmas 2021 on my outdoor tree (see pics) and yes they look lovely all multicoloured and twinkly however the problem I had was the timer didn't work.. I tried it 3 days running to come on at the same time as all the other lights but wouldn't work at all so gave up and just left them on all Christmas as I couldn't be bothered with switching them on and off at the same time each day. The other thing was that when I changed the colour to just one colour like Red for example all the bulbs changed to Red apart from one bulb which turned blue.. this happened regardless of which colour I changed them to apart from blue.. rather annoying as I wanted them on pink but had to settle with all different changing colour on twinkle which still looked nice I guess so apart from the 2 issues they made a decent set of light's.

Just bought my 2nd set of these lights as they are excellent. Sadly out new set had a minor fault, after talking to manufacturer they advised a fix but this didn't work so they sent me out a brand new set. Customer service has very quick and amazing service. New lights and existing lights are excellent. Colour changing and different modes are a fantastic feature. Would buy again.

Wasn’t sure what these were going to be like as I’d been disappointed with other fairy lights which I’d bought from other sellers on Amazon.But these were wonderful.They have proved to be such good value with their variety of colours and light patterns. I have no complaints at all and they have given much enjoyment.They’re now stored safely away until next year having been on almost permanently since I bought them.Should they fail when resurrected next Christmas (and I don’t think they will) they were worth every penny I paid for them and I would buy them again.Thank you Ollney.

Just don't buy this garbage, they don't last, and are pretty much impossible to fix/recycle/repurpose.Bought them for Christmas 2021, didn't seem to bad at first, albeit a bit "flickery" and the white colour is pretty harsh. They were used outside for about 3 weeks then put away.Next year (2022), found a few LEDs had died and a few more were stuck on red or green. Not great but still usable. Again used outside for about 3 weeks.This year (2023) I'd say about 40% of the LEDs are dead or stuck on one colour. Rendering the set pretty much useless.So we've got 2 Christmases out of them totalling maybe 6 weeks use at about 6 hours a day. From an environmental point of view these are a disaster. LEDs should last tens of thousands of hours, not a few hundred which is all we got out of this set.

It has good functionality and light effects. However, I bought 4 boxes for the coverage I need and 3 of those light sets have a few faulty LEDs on each set not working correctly or with loose connections/ doing their own thing.
