I absolutely love this product. Its the right size for me, its cute and upbeat, it fits in a very small space and I can roll it just fine. I bought it about 10 months ago. I have not abused or overloaded it; I am an elderly single lady and have 1 medium load of washing maybe about every 2 wks or so; I do no rugs or linens or towels since I live in a community where housekeeping takes care of that. About a month ago I noticed one of the 4 corner braces coming through the bottom of the unit. After examining it I realized the fabric itself is fraying away from the seam line so I examined every corner and saw it was happening to all 4 corners. Its obviously a manufacturers error - and I am so disappointed. I just don't have the energy to go through a return process with all the paperwork/phone calls/ obtaining packaging/and trying to get to the post office (I don't drive anymore) AND because its 10 months old, probably being refused. I'm just going to try to find some black duct tape (is there such a thing?) and apply it completely around the unit at the seam and the bottom and hope it works. A plain black 1" base shouldn't look too bad if I can stick it on evenly.

This thing it slim!!!!! Which is exactly what I needed. I wash my clothes once a week and this holds perfectly my boyfriend and I’s lump sum of all the clothes we use in the week. I mean this thing is slim!! Fits perfectly in this awkward space I have between the wall and my bathroom sink. Easily slips in and out of place which is convenient for bringing it all the way downstairs to the basement. This would be perfect for teens or preteens getting into the habit of washing their own clothes or whatever

I wasn't sure when I bought these, but they are very nice. I have had a laundry basket for so many years and the other day when I scooted it across the floor, I realized that it scratched the floor. That is when I decided to get these. They were super simple to put together and seem to be holding up great. I also like not having to go through the basket to sort everything, not it is done when you put the clothes in. They did have a strong chemical smell when I opened them, but I put them outside to air out for about half a day and when I brought them back in, they were fine. Highly recommend.

The plastic attachments parts to connect the rods are too weak for laundry so they broke. Almost all of them broke. The loop that holds the bags hooks ripped off at parts of the hamper. The return is expired so also you can't find the plastic attachments parts so I'm stuck having to buy another one. Sucks I invested in something not working for me.

The poles that hold up the sides are and bend so the top moves around when you are pulling laundry out but otherwise it seems good so far. Feels flimsy but remains durable and hasn't broken at all and I use it on a regular basis. Only other thing I'd add it that it only has a handle on the top but it doesn't extend or have enough length to allow you to pull it behind you (without bending over quite a bit) and the top bends enough that pushing it in front is difficult as well so moving it on a regular basis is a bit of a pain. For now, I tied a small rope to the handle with a loop at the other end to grab and pull with. It works but sways way out to the sides instead of following right behind. It would be nice if it had an attached hard handle for pulling.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this - the fabric and construction is very good. It is a great size, fits neatly into the closet without taking up a huge footprint - and the mesh drawstring at the top and the long handles makes it easy to tote. I recently stayed in a dorm for a short visit and brought my sheets, pillows (2) towels and a light blanket, which fit easily inside, and the handles made it easy to transport. One of the narrow sides is clear so you can see what's in it. It comes with rods you insert into the four corners to make it rigid so it will stand by itself. I have no doubt that if you bang it around a lot it could get beaten up and you could probably break the supports if you smash into it or sit on it, and the vinyl window could be cut if you poke it with something sharp, but if you use it normally, I think it will hold up for a long long time.

It gets the job done, but over time the structure bends out of alignment. It's just a couple of thin flexible tubes inside fabric, so there isn't a whole lot holding anything in place. The wheels make a lot of noise on hard surfaces, and it's loud enough that I end up carrying it through the tile halls of my apartment complex because I'm worried about disturbing the neighbors.It gets the job done in the right settings, but it's not too high quality.

When I got the product I was obsessed. It was easy to set up, I loved the small space it took up in my closet and the ability to hold a good amount of clothes. However, I bought it in 2020 and it now has holes on the bottom due to the rods in the corner that "hold" it up together. I understand it's wear and tear but it only lasted me a year.

Muy bonito y todo, pero a la primera la base de madera que trae donde tiene las llantas es muy delgada y se rompió.La base se quebró a la mitad raudamente.
