This is my favorite!! I tried some other brands out there and didn't quite win my favor.. they were chalky and simply didn't taste good. These shakes are smooth, delicious, and creamy! Not to mention 40g of protein & 0 added sugar! They're perfect for on the go, keeps you full & satisfied, while feeling like you just had a treat! 10/10 recommend!!

The bottle it comes in feels like great quality, I have not experienced any giddiness the protein is mixed in very well. The caloric density keeps me full and going for a long time, with the added caffeine giving it a nice stimulation. The flavor of the cafe mocha is so nice and taste like a quality shake. Give these a try if you are in need of hitting your protein count without over doing it on calories.

I ordered the Cookies And Cream Lean Body shakes in the hopes they could capture the taste of some classic cookies and cream ice cream loaded with Oreo cookies or possibly those Cookies And Cream Hershey’s Bars. In reality, they tasted closer to a Snack Pack Chocolate Vanilla Pudding pack which still tasted great and hit at an unforeseen nostalgic pang. I particularly loved how thick the shakes were as well. I actually had to run some water in the container to swash the rest and not let any of the 40g of protein sealed inside go to waste. For the macros and convenience, these shakes rock. Hope I can get a chance to try all their other flavors.
