This item was cute and exactly as described. I probably could have made this myself. It's just pieces of paper and string stop to 2 wooden skewers. Pretty simple but this was definitely more convenient since I was in a bit of a time crunch

Fun Cake Topper for Office fans
This is a fun cake topper for any fan of The Office! My only complaint is that some of the balloons hung down quite low and hit the cake. I just twisted them over the sign and it worked just fine.
