Delicious! The flavor is wonderful and it feels you up and gives you that needed protein boost. I highly recommend them. YUM!!!!

These MET-Rx protein bars are SO GOOD. The crispy apple pie flavor is my favorite, although the other flavors I have tried are very good as well (especially the caramel churro). I really can't recommend these enough. They make a great replacement meal (for me, breakfast) every day, but you could definitely eat one as a snack between meals - it will fill you up, but seems to digest quickly (at least for me, everyone's different), but that's a good thing as I can have my protein shake just a couple hours later. These bars are high in calories which are great if you're bulking or maintaining. I probably wouldn't recommend them during a cutting phase, although if you know what you're doing with your nutrition I suppose you could make it work. These are my go-to for protein bars and I will settle for nothing else!

Great between meals snack and I love the flavor

These bars are good for on the run with no time to stop what your doing. They taste good, filled me for a couple of hours, to keep me going till I had a minute to grab a bite. Good before and after workouts as well. Kinda pricey if you rely on them often.

Super Cookie Crunch is gross and so is the Vanilla Churro. Both of those have that nasty early 2000s protein bar funky taste. I don’t know how to describe it, but if you had one of those nasty protein bars around 2004, you know what I’m talking about.Crispy Apple Pie is insanely good. It’s basically my crack. I could eat it constantly and get sad when I only have a bite or two left. Does it have a lot of sugar? Yeah. But I eat very healthy anyway, so a bit of sugar isn’t bad. And people complaining about it being processed, etc. just shut up. It’s better than going to Ben & Jerry’s or Jack in the Box. If you have a good workout plan and eat healthy meals around this, you’ll be good.

This is a real favorite of mine, and I find it to be in a class by itself. All Met-X protein bars are great, from the texture to the flavor to the satisfaction I feel when I eat them. I've managed to cut back on sugar because of these protein bars, which have improved my mood and energy level. I really love chewing the Crispy Apple Pie bar, and I just love the layer of apple-whatever on top. If you love apples, you'll probably love this protein bar. Sometimes I have to eat half and save the rest, because it's that satiating. Sometimes, the protein bars are an acquired taste (from sugary-sickly-sweet to a lighter, more unusual flavor). This one has helped me to lose ten pounds. It never leaves me unsatisfied.
