It does what it needs to
Yes it’s plastic (what do people expect for this price) but it’s perfectly acceptable. That is unless you are going to be checking your cartridge tracking force on a daily basis (you may want to look at your life if you do). Or you work in a hifi shop. I don’t see the need to spend any more money for a digital scale.

A Must Have For All Serious Vinyl Fans
It really is amazing how much better my Pro-ject Debut II sounded after setting up the tonearm correctly. Not only was the sound quality better, but several albums that skipped now play perfectly. When I ordered me new Pro-ject Debut Carbon Evo the first thing I did was use the scales to set the tonearm up correctly.These scales are a must-have for any vinyl fan.

Works well and is great to check tracking weight
Works well and is great to double check you have the correct tracking weight for your stylus.I knocked of one star because it is a lot more expensive than other unknown branded ones (some of which look identical). I bought this version as it was from a known turntable manufacturer and I wanted it assurance it was accurate (but I have a sneaky suspicion it is no different from the unbranded versions)

Good little tool
Easy to set up, although (like most things these days) the instructions are in very small type. Easy to use too.

Works, but feels cheap
Seems accurate (compared with manual measurements).Made of cheap materials (cheap plastic case, cheap fake leather pouch), feels cheap in general.I'm pretty sure you can get this for a fraction of the price without the company logo on it.Very bad value for money.
