Easy to use right out of the box
This thing is so cool. It’s works exactly as described. Open the box, read the instructions, and try and best your friends with how strong you are. I highly recommend the strength machine. It’s very well built, comfortable in your hands, and highly adjustable.

Does what it is advertised to do
For measuring hand grip strength performs as expected. To use as a tool to perform a health related exercise, holding grip at 1/3rd max grip strength for 2 minutes, release x 2min & repeat .... Grip is hard plastic (no padding) becomes very uncomfortable and difficult to complete task ... Will continue to use to measure progress, using alternate device for grip exercise.
