Great item for grinding own spices
This is a substantial piece for grinding your own spices. It is very sturdy and looks great in your kitchen. You have to make sure you cure it by grinding course salt in in , till salt has no gray color before using it.

Pass down generations
It’s easy to clean, and built to last for years. Instructions are provided but I used YouTube to get different ideas to season it.

Works just fine
Beautiful, sturdy, easy to prepare. I added some felt feet to protect my counters.I took a star off because the instructions are printed in light colored ink in tiny type that made it a chore for my old eyes to read. Frustrating but not unmanageable.Still, it’s a solid, quality product.
