Only need to modify one fitting to replace an HPC fire pit pilot assy.
Worked perfect. Replaced an HPC pilot assembly in my outdoor fire pit. They wanted $350. I just had to cut the tube that goes to the pilot tube and solder on a 1/4" copper line to the existing line. Then put on a 1/4" flare and nut from Lowes. Saved me $300. But keep in mind, only the pilot and thermcouple are compatible. The thermopile and igniter do not work for this application.

Toasty warm once again
This installed easily into our Majestic fireplace with a sit nova valve. Make sure to also get red gasket maker.For our fireplace, the gas feed line to the pilot light was just long enough. The nozzle was simple to swap out and the mounting bracket fit the existing mounting locations just perfectly.Two issues:1) the ignitor will spark, but will not light the pilot. No big deal. Just need to figure out how to adjust it closer to the pilot burner.2) the pilot burner sits a little taller than the existing burner that was in the fireplace. This plays into the ignitor issue as well.I'm still giving this five stars because everything does work and fit together well. The product did get our fireplace fully functional once again. Being able to flip the switch and the fireplace light up is pretty satisfying.

Worked great on my older fireplace.
The assembly fit perfectly into my 20year old fireplace. I had to do a minor retrofit (cut a small chunk out of a steal cover that separates my fake fire log from the burner) but worked like a charm.

A job to install in my 20+-year-old Majestic fireeplace. I'll see if it gets me through the winter.

Pilot kit
Good construction quality. No instructions were included. This could dampen three DIYer. Had an issue with missing NG orifice but they sent a new kit quickly.

Poor quality part
the gas line for the pilot burner broke very easily. Luckily i saved the old one and was able to use it. The pilot burner puts out a very low flame even with the adjustment wide open, i went back to the original pilot light. The igniter, thermopile & thermocouple work fine and produce the proper voltage. Next time i will spend more and get a better quality part.

Worked for a month
Fixed my initial issue, got my stove up and running 5stars after imstall....but Its been 34 days since I bought it and it stopped working. The thermopile cracked and wouldn't make the stove turn on. The company sent a free replacement but having to go throught the install again is frustrating.

Works ok look to be reasonable quality
It came in unmarked plastic bag so it wouldnt be easy to know if the unit received, was in fact the unit ordered. As one knows, many pilot assembly looks exactly alike so some markings would be ok.

Worked for the most part
Didn’t exactly fit my Napoleon BCDV36 (thermocouple threading was a little too big could only get the first row of threads on) but the rest of the pilot assembly worked like a charm!
