Perfect addition to my Halloween costume! Delivery was due after Halloween so sent a message to seller to see if there was any hope of getting it on time, and they were super helpful and so happy it arrived!

This is such a simple design but opens up to a brilliant shape. Raised each side to give a perfect Georgian effect on skirt! Highly recommend!

It did the job & pushed the dress slightly outwards, expected it go further out, little flimsy but over all ok
