My oral B io8 toothbrush promoted me that it needed a new refill. This just means get a new head. I assume they are programmed to do this after 3 months.I ordered these heads and they do the job. They are easy to install and replace the original heads perfectly, as you would expect. You can compare the colour on these new head brushes to the ones you will be replacing and you can see how the wear indicator works.The only reason I have given these 4 stars is because I found these fairly cheaper elsewhere but, I had already ordered these
