okay, my review will be in reverse opposite of what it's supposed to do. I know this product works because of the side effects that I'm having. I tried to take this as a way to determine if I have a deficiency in it and come to find out. when I started taking the supplement, I started feeling the side effects of having too much of the supplement I noticed at my stomach started hurting. I noticed that I started having diarrhea and those are side effects from having too much magnesium in your system. so because of the side effects this is a very quality supplement and I know it works because I have too much of it

Nature's Bounty is a good brand to buy from. Sundown Naturals was my first choice, but you can't really find those anymore. This is a good substitute with a multitude of options. I use the magnesium daily to help with leg spasms that I used to get at night. Since starting this regimen I no longer have any issues.

It is good I like this one I got two because I am on a budget if I still have enough money I will get more in the future because right now I shop on here and I shop at CVS for my vitamins I take this and I take multivitamin and I take garlic vitamin .
