A hidden gem
Put these insoles in any Nike running shoes is a game changer trust me. Way cheaper than other options for runners and highly effective for marathons.

Great insoles.
I've tried so many cheaper versions for my running trainers. These insoles are a bit more expensive but I swear by them now. They're really comfortable and the quality is second to none. The only thing bizarre is the sizing I ordered 9-10 and they fit perfect in my size 8 trainers. One of my work colleagues told me to order that size from experience. Not sure why this is.

So far, so good
I bought these insoles for basketball and my first game in them was very uncomfortable which I put down due to them needing 'break in' time, the longer I played in them I began to find it a bit more comfortable to run in. When I got home, my feet were aching, but not aching in a way where they've just played 5 games of basketball, but aching in a way where they were adjusting to the orthodontic fit of the insole. To break in the insoles a bit more I worked out in them doing kettlebell exercises, and jogging on the treadmill, when jogging I found that the insoles are a bit bulky but I guess that's to be expected with the amount of support and cushioning considered. These have given my Nike KD 15s a new lease of life and I would recommend these with the caution that you allow for the break-in period.

Not suitable for metatarsalgia pain
The insoles have good cushioning effect around the heel. However,I have a metartsalgia problem affecting ball of my foot and cushioning is limited it does help the condition but not significantly
