Works perfectly after a slight modification
It worked for the 3DS I was working on, it was damaged from heat and the screen had a yellow tint to it.The backlight did have a blemish in it though, that was my only issue (the picture up above shows it well) but being familiar with how LCDs are assembled, I was able to salvage the backlight and all the layers from the old screen and it worked.
