Zacurate Pink Series Fingertip Pulse Oximeter and Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitor (Smooth Pink)

We bought this for two reasons.1) my grandson has a history of asthma and anxiety and it's a great way to verify if his perceived breathing issues are actually asthma or anxiety.2) My wife and I are private pilots. Monitoring O2 sat at altitude can be used to confirm the need for supplemental O2.This is a quality product. It's well made, inexpensive and very accurate.

This is an excellent product.It comes with a translucent protective soft rubber sheathing which you can remove if it's not needed, and it doesn't interfere with use of the oximeter.There's also a lanyard included which you can optionally attached.But the best part of this product is it gives you an accurate reading quickly. Some oximeters take seemingly forever to supply a readout but this one takes only three seconds.It comes with two AAA batteries already installed, which I appreciated.Inexpensive, accurate and quick!

This is a medical product, not something to set Barbie's hair. You use it to make medical decisions, not to play video games. It should work and be accurate. When ours malfunctioned, manufacturer sent more detailed instructions, instead of correcting the problem. Manufacturer calls itself Zaccurate now. Avoid at all costs--if i could give it zero stars, i would!

I have severe COPD, so monitoring my blood/oxygen levels regularly is a must, especially in the summer months when the air is heavier & harder to breathe. I decided to get a second unit to carry in my purse. This model far surpasses any I've used in the past in both speed and accuracy.

I previously purchased the Acc U Rate® 430/DL Premium White Pulse Oximeter and needed another one for my husband's O2 portable bag. I decided to try this one. Unfortunately, the first one I purchased was so much better and easier to read. The reading on this oximeter is difficult to read if the sun hits the screen. The digital reading is in RED my other one is in Green and can be read a lot better.

I am a respiratory therapist and use this in a hospital setting many times a day. It doesn't work as well as a Nonin but I didn't expect it to. Overall I'm impressed with how well it does work. Great product for a price you can't beat.

This is a revised review. The first unit I received essentially fell apart and was unusable. The vendor contacted me and replaced the defective unit ( which I received today, 01/12/2017 ) and I am glad to report the new unit works well and is in one piece.My thanks to a reputable company !

This was a handy oximeter when I bought it two years ago, but it stopped working stone cold dead after less than two years.

This Oximeter works well. I think the pulse reading is quite accurate as I have tested it against fingertip reading of my pulse. The company which sold it followed up with a helpful email regarding how to use it (instructions were included with the item). It is a good purchase.

My husband suffers sleep apnoea and asthma so has proved very useful 90-94reading. Checked myself to great 99-100 so healthy.

Not accurate at all, which in some circumstances could be quite dangerous. Def would not recommend.
