Sleep longer, Wake up groggy.
The grogg lasts for a hour or so. You may feel like you havent slept well, but once the groggy leaves, I feel more energize because of the better sleep.

No hangover effects. A restful sleep finally!
I take one along with melatonin & sleep way more solidly now. I suffer with a mental illness & prefer this to help me sleep than a horrible antipsychotic drug.I love it because theres absolutely no hangover effects so i wake refreshed to go to work. Ive recommended this to many people as a good nights solid sleep is the best medicine. Im still able to wake & visit the toilet too so its not too sedating.

Works great most of the time.
I have been using Unisom for years and I love it. Most of the time, I helps me sleep. Sometimes not, but ... nothing is perfect. I guess I can't really blame Unisom for my insomnia! Really don't want to take ambien.
