This is the second month that I’ve been taking this. I’ve noticed less hair falling out. You generally have to take these things a few months before you see the best results. I am going to continue to take these because I am noticing a big difference in my hair loss. Update i’ve been taking these for about five months now. I can really see a big difference in my hair. I don’t have very much hair fall out at all. My hair looks better. It’s shiny ear and it’s much healthier. I had never bought any of these hair vitamins before because most of them don’t work. Made my hair worse then when I started it! I was so disappointed by the product. I was recommended by a friend so I took it every day for 6 months. During that time I noticed no difference at all. I didn’t change any other products, or even get my hair dyed in that time. Then I gave up and stopped taking it. About a month or so later my hair was far more thin than it’s ever been in my life. I’m very upset.
