They work great

This item fits great on my Remington 760 - .270 cal. rifle. I have a pre 1968 rifle (mine was produced in 1953) and this is the item from Uncle Mikes that I needed, even though the box says its for 1968 and newer rifles. It attached very easily....just don't rush the process and make sure you tighten it at the right place on the barrel. My strap attached as intended and fits good with the proper adjustment. The next step is to make sure it works in the field. I'll know in a week when hunting season opens.

Good for what is is but the screw snapped be for it was even fully tight. Also if you don't tighten it enough it slids up and down the barrel scratching it. But for the money good product

I clamped and barely threaded the barrel band together before placing it on the barrel. It was almost impossible to screw it together while on the barrel because the threads don’t line up properly. Doing this prevented the screw or threads from stripping.

My son attached this sling mounting system on my Rem 7600 308. I got the opportunity to get out deer hunting with the sling mounted and am very happy with it. I consider a sling a necessity in order to carry a rifle while doing anything else like dragging out a deer.

Installed on Rem. 7600 35 Whelen. Have not used yet but have used these on a Rem. 7600 30-06 since 1984 with no issues.

The swivel mount worked on the 30.06 7600 because its barrel wasn't tapered (if it is, its so slight). but the 760 .243 is tapered and didn't hold, not to mention the screw to tighten it to the barrel broke when trying to get it tight enough. As far as other reviews about scratching the barrel, take the front sight off and slide it on, or use 2 pliers and pull it apart far enough to get it over the barrel and sqeeze it as tight as you can, while someone else tightens the screw *** this is the key.... Yes you will scratch the mount but at least your barrel won't be.

Ich habe erst nach dem Absenden der Bestellung begriffen, dass das Zeug über den großen Teich geschickt wird. Aber alles super und der anvisierte Liefertermin wurde super unterschritten.

Good product and easy to instal

Der Artikel ist Qualitativ gut gearbeitet. Die Ösen gehen anfangs ein wenig schwer was der Funktion allerdings keinen Abbruch tut. Der Stern Abzug kommt aufgrund des engen Ringes zustande. Er ist zwar wie auf dem Bild aufgebogen allerdings reicht es nicht ganz aus um die Kimme durchzuschlaufen (Mod. Anschütz Kal. 22). Man kann ihn zwar ein wenig aufbiegen allerdings kann bei zuwenig Aufbiegung der Lauf verkrazt werden bzw. bei zuviel Aufbiegung der Ring brechen. Alles in allem (mit ein wenig Feinarbeit) ein guter Artikel.

This product works perfect and is simple to install. If you can't figure out how to install this, you are hopeless.
