It good. Not sure why it turned in to stone basically half of my poder became cotton candy and and other half just hard candy. It only happened with the blue flavor

Very easy to use for first timers. Cotton candy was delicious.

The spout didn't open correctly so between that and the smal opening it is hard to get the sugar out of it. Pouring it into another container will fix that.

I assisted with an event for over 200 kids. I ordered these 2 extra cartoons just in case I ran out. I thought I was getting the pictured brand "Great Western Product Company" which is what I always get... but instead I received the "Gold Medal" brand. I didn't realize it until I opened the box at the event when i ran out of my normal brand. I cringed when I opened the box and prayed that it would continue to be a success. 😭😭A disaster is an understatement. Gold Medal brand is a different grain texture and did not work at all in my commercial machine. No matter how much I lowered the temperature or raised it... it still would not work. It left a ring of harden candy around the bowl. I had a little left of the brand as pictured, so I tried that brand again. it worked just fine. So, there is definitely a difference in the brand. About 50 of the students did not get cotton candy. I am soooo disappointed.
