I’ve been taking them daily, and I can say it does wonderful, more energy and strange than before for sure, the price make it worst it!

We had been using another brand from another company for a long time, but their quality and standards had been slipping for years, and when the last batch arrived with all broken capsules and they would not issue a refund or resend new ones, that was the last straw. I am so glad to find these, and they seem to work just as well as the previous brand and we couldn't be happier. They are also less expensive than the other brand and that puts a smile on my wallet too.

For those of us who find the taste of fresh royal jelly more of an acquired one, there is brand of Carlyle Royal Jelly. Just swallow the capsules and you are going to get a nice pea sized dose of royal jelly. It also keeps much better than actual royal jelly as you can keep it on a dark shelf versus having to store fresh royal jelly in a cold refrigerator, especially after being opened. The price is very competitive and you can open the capsules and use the ingredients for do it at home face masks. I found a stunned solitary bee and tried to keep it in a safe place until it was no longer stunned. Unfortunately I was out of fresh honey and it was getting late. Using chilled now un-chlorinated water I was able to mix one Caryle capsule, warm the mixture to room temperature, and leave it near the bee outside. I was worried because royal jelly is the equivalent of a bee steroid but the bee flew off the next day so based on a small sample size this product works.

Royal Jelly has many good benefits but I believe I may be allergic to both Jelly & Honey. After a short period of taking both I developed back to back UTIs and this is the only thing different I had taken.This I gave only 4 stars. My daughter is taking it to boost her immunity and she swears by it!So, be aware...if you have allergies to bee stings ...you may not be able to take honey or jelly.

Very good product

I personally bought it to help with hot my 🥵 flashes. I was told by my doctors office assistant that she’s heard several women in the office swears by it! Soo have been giving at a good 6 month try - I can’t say it’s helped at all, sadly.Honestly, haven’t noticed any improvement with my skin either - as most reviews mention. No bad side effects at all. Soo, every person is different, might help you -? But for me, nothing really happened.

Definitley worth the price for me. As a senior still working part time in the afternoons, a helpful pick up!
