Ensure Original Dark Chocolate Nutrition Shake | Small Meal Replacement Shake | Ready To Drink | 9g Protein, 27 Vitamins and Minerals | 8 fl oz - 24 Pack. Regular price is too much for my budget; but, fortunately it was on sale during the Amazon Prime Sale. I hadn't been eating very well lately; so, I figured drinking this would help make up at least some deficiencies. I haven't refrigerated the 8 oz bottles prior to drinking it & it can be stored at room temperature. It has no gritty sensation or odd after taste , which is a big plus. The Dark Chocolate flavor is great. The plastic bottles are not hard to open. The liquid isn't too thick & I drink it straight out of the bottle at room temperature. Most times, I drink about half the bottle & finish it off later in the day. Just wish it had more protein.

Hands down the best nutritional drink I’ve ever had. I have had these for breakfast every day for over a year and somehow am still not tired of them. Perfect consistency, not too thick. If I work harder than normal I might get hungry before lunch but most days I am good all morning
