My previous water pik was bulky and I had to charge it every couple uses. When I opened the box when I got this, I was instantly surprised by how light the box was. It is a lot sleeker than other water piks! It doesn't hold quite as much water as my last one, but it tends to run out of water just as I finish using it.To refill, you simply twist the top off, fill to line, and twist top back on. It is easy to fill, easy to empty, and easy to clean. It comes with some attachments so you can customize how you use it.Other than the lightweight, sleek design, my favorite thing about this water pik is that it holds a charge!!! I got this a month ago, charged it up, and have only had to charge it once or twice since! I only have 1outlet in my bathroom. The 1 plug is always taken by my echo dot, so I HATE having to occupy the 1 remaining plug by constantly charging water piks, toothbrushes, razors, etc. This pik makes my life easier!

upon initial impression, this flosser was rather lightweight and almost cheap feeling but i DID specifically buy this because it was cheap. this was mostly because i don't water floss a lot, i prefer to floss the traditional way but i have a cavity in the underside of my back molar that makes it impossible to wax floss or use a toothpick if food gets caught there. i used this thing maybe once or twice a week when regular flossing/brushing couldn't reach this particular cavity. long story short, i wasn't using this thing twice a day, every day for the past three months yet it STILL died out on me after such a short time. the lights flash, i tried charging it multiple times. I even left it on the charger overnight the final time thinking it was just a cheap battery. nothing. nada. i guess you get what you pay for.

The good is that its powerful and it does a good job of cleaning and getting into difficult areas. The problem is that 2 weeks into using it, my wife whom has velvet hands was removing the reservoir as she like to clean after every use and just turning it to remove like directed the plastic broke like in the pictures. Not a single month into it it leaking water from the crack. Would be easy to recommend it the product held up for more than a couple of week at this point it feels like a waste of money.

I like that it has all the attachments that the more expensive brands have. It also is a pretty good value for the price. I don’t like that the water tank empties so quickly, & that you have to figure out how to work it, even AFTER reading the instructions! Not rocket science, but not exactly how they explain it either. Overall, 👍🏽.

This is pretty easy to use and travel with. It’s not a large amount of water for water flossing so you might have to refill it once or twice but overall great product. Easy to use and charge via usb

I normally don’t do a review I felt it necessary to do a review on this product. Originally I bought this water Flosser around Christmas time I purchased five of them of course the one that I got would not turn off it would just keep squirting in my face on the walls it wouldn’t turn off no matter how hard I push the button or held it down it wouldn’t turn off I would plug it back in to the charger and in the middle of the night it would go off and wake me up I returned the first one and they did not immediately credit my account and they also sent me two and charge me for two when I should not have been charged at all for the replacement I had to call Amazon to fix it. So I sent back the extra one kept the new one and don’t you know three days later same thing happened to this one it won’t turn off when I’m done using it I hold the button down and it won’t shut off. They should’ve spent the extra couple bucks and gave it a good shut off button. I’m now returning this again and I’m going to look at a different brand. I’m hoping everyone I got this for for Christmas is not having the same problem that would be very embarrassing to me. They probably will not tell me and instead just think I got them a cheap water Flosser .

My advice would be to remove and reattach the attachment piece after every use. I dropped my device and the nozzle snapped off and half of it is still inside. Now I have to buy a new one.

I like how this water flosser feels. I have an aversion to regular floss. This works really well. My only bad comment is I wish the power button and the floss setting button were separate.
