8 Skeins Crochet Knitting Yarn 70% Rayon derived from Bamboo, 30% Cotton Superfine Fingering Weight Sunny Cat Cotonnio Imported (Caribbean Sky)

I was pleased with the color of this yarn, it appears to be colorfast, time will tell. I used two strands worked together with a 3.25mm hook to make a 3 season hat though it would be comfortable all year.The yarn was soft yet sturdy and has a beautiful sheen to it. The natural fibers make it comfortable to wear in most weather and hold it's shape well. I look forward to using the remaining yarn to craft a summer top. I will plan to purchase more of this yarn in the future as projects present.

Three color is beautiful and the texture is super soft

If you're used to working with stranded yarn like Scheepjes Whirl and similar, you'll love this, but if not, you'll have a learning curve. The yarn is twisted, but the twist is so loose that it separates as soon as you pull it from the skein and there is very little body to the yarn. That said, I do love the softness of this ! The swatch I made to check gauge bloomed very sightly after washing and drying in the machine with no discernible shrinkage, so I would say it's machine safe for both wash and dry on delicate cycle/low. I just finished the first 50g skein and had 3 knots, which seems like a lot in such a small skein, but it wasn't expensive, so I'll deal with it. All in all, I'd rate this yarn as a strong 4 out of 5 between the cost and softness vs the knots.

This is lovely soft yarn. If you are not familiar with using bamboo yarn, I would not recommend starting a project with it for a beginner. It splits easily and I had a lot of problems with yarn barf and tangles. I tried to cake a skein and it tangled something awful. I’m sure it was because it is so fine a yarn. Using the center pull worked best but it was hard to find. I have not had any knots in the 5 skeins I have used so far. I love the drape of bamboo and this is very soft. Color was true to what was pictured.

I bought this to make socks because I'm allergic to wool. I absolutely love it because it's sooooo soft. It does split a little, but that doesn't bother me - I just LOVE the feel.

First skein, only halfway through (25g used) and have encountered 5 KNOTS already, 2 were only 2 yards apart!That’s 1 yarn break every 5 grams or so. The knots are also not tied well or discreetly, so they must be cut out and retied correctly.I’ve been crocheting for 30 years with every type of fiber and I have never seen anything this bad in terms of quality.With this many yarn breaks the finished object will have no structural integrity. And if the yarn breaks that much during production I can’t trust it to hold up in the wash.I’ve wasted HOURS and have to start this project completely over with a different brand.DO NOT BUY THIS YARN. (Side note: It’s also so staticky that I have to keep a cup of water nearby to wet it periodically.)

Beautiful...doesn't split easily, works up well, nice and soft, with more "give" than cotton. Love it!

It’s so lovely but the color is completely wrong. The photo online makes it look shimmery and a darker shiny teal but it’s a very dull slate blue color. Not impressed… but sooo soft!!

Beginners may find it a bit difficult to work with as the yarn is very silky and smooth. Worked well for the project I wanted. Will be buying more in different colours.
