Bought this and Lion's Mane powder to make my own mushroom coffee. I've mixed this into coffee and Dandy Blend alike. Both have turned out delicious! Just be prepared for things to happen ... in good ways. I feel more alert, have been able to concentrate better, and I've noticed my joints feel less inflamed. Great stuff!

Doesn’t taste the greatest. Main problem is it doesn’t dissolve or mix well in liquid. It’s hard to break up the clumps.

We have been using this for well over 1 year now. I mix a half teaspoon in my first cup of coffee, it mixes well but does add a bit of an off flavor to the coffee. It is for my health so I suck it down. The antioxidant properties of this is one of the higher levels found naturally and antioxidants are supposed to be good for us. So we take it daily. Does it work, not sure but we rarely ever get sick and our health is well above average for our age. So we will continue using.

After watching Fabulous Fungi, and endlessly ruminating, I decided to go ahead and place this order with extreme skepticism. It’s a mushroom, so what harm could it do? And if it helps, I win!I’ve been dealing with some pesky pain in my left knee for months now. Why didn’t I go to a doctor? NUNYA! It made stairs iffy, and there were times I had to take them one at a time to avoid wanting to die. On the first day, I plopped a scoop (provided!) into my coffee expecting a whole lot of nothing but committed to the experiment. To my surprise, the pain was greatly reduced within the same day. I kept using the stairs and flinching internally waiting for things to get ouchy, but the moment didn’t come.I’ve now been taking it daily for about three weeks. (Maybe four, time is weird.) I occasionally feel a tiny twinge, but the pain is mostly gone. There have been zero changes in my diet or activity levels, so this is the thing responsible.Of note, I haven’t had labs done, so I can’t speak to effects on blood sugar or cholesterol, and mine are already optimal. If you are looking for something to deal with nagging pain, though, and prefer to avoid anti-inflammatory meds like I do, this is worth the try. I’m very pleased with my return to regularly scheduled knee usage and overall reduction in feeling old.

If you have an autoimmune disease I would be cautious about using mushrooms. Some mushrooms do not bother me and others makes my autoimmune disease flare up. This product has multiple mushrooms in it. I wish it would have worked for me. On a good note it does mix easily in coffee and does not have a bitter aftertaste.
