Q: Are the bigger ones heavy?

If you wear it wear it hangs in the front it will feel heavy. Other than that they are super ligt.

If you are referencing to the plastic piece on the end, mine came with it. So I don’t know why yours didn’t.

Q: What is the diameter of each ring? (Tortoise)

Well, they are not round so I am not going to mathematically figure it out... but I slid them over a pair of slender earpiece glasses and a pair of wide earpiece glasses, so they expanded enough to fit my wider pair... They are just a little adjustable using the metal (?) band at the base of the "Tortoise" to tighten them. The rubber like loop expands as you slide it up to the wider area of the earpiece.
