I do not feel this product is AT ALL worth $13.11!!! Had I known it was only 17 pages long and basically worthless in terms of information, I never would have ordered it. I think I am going to ask for a refund.

I could have gotten this book from my diabetes specialist for free. Thought it would be bigger for the price I paid for it.

We thought we were ordering a carb counter and we received a phamplet.
