Mexican Oregano

I use this mainly when making carnitas and tortilla soup. There really is a difference between this and the standard Italian oregano you get at the store. The only caution is to use it sparingly as the flavor can be overpowering if you use too much.

This is the best oregano out there. A must for my chili. Great fresh flavor.

I'n not so sure why its so hard to buy Mexican Oregano here in the states but it is. We love oregano and we put it on everything but our Cheerios.
