Este glicinato de magnesio ha sido una gran ayuda para mejorar mi calidad de sueño y reducir la ansiedad. A diferencia de otras formas de magnesio, no me causa malestar estomacal y se absorbe muy bien. También he notado menos calambres musculares y una sensación general de relajación. Ideal para tomar por la noche. Muy buena calidad y presentación. ¡Recomendado!

Relaxes my whole body for bedtime. Be careful though, can have laxative effect if you overdo it. I take under the recommended amount, and it’s still effective

I have been taking this supplement for about a year. It makes me feel relaxed and calm. At times it makes me sleepy therefore I take it at night before bed to help me relax and ease into my sleep. I have noticed that I get a better sleep at night as well.

Sleep has been IMPROVED! It doesn’t even make you a weird loopy drowsy, it’s more of a peaceful sleep you’re lulled into. Please note though, it’s not like nyquil or a sleep aid like that. It’s a gradual pull to being asleep, that is, if you take 3 or the recommended 4. Taking 1 or 2 will have you relaxed but not really sleepy, at least for me.

“Excelente glicinato, pero ojo con la pimienta negra si tienes estómago sensible”Este glicinato me ha funcionado muy bien: me ayuda a conciliar el sueño más rápido y a despertar sintiéndome verdaderamente descansado, sin esa pesadez típica de otros suplementos para dormir.Sin embargo, algo que pocos comentan es que contiene pimienta negra (bioperina), y en mi caso, eso me causó molestias estomacales leves pero persistentes. Si tienes un sistema digestivo sensible, tal vez debas tomarlo con comida o buscar una versión sin ese ingrediente.Fuera de eso, la calidad es excelente y el efecto relajante es real. Solo sería perfecto si ofrecieran una versión sin aditivos que no todos toleramos igual.

They are vitamins...How much can be said. They work well and have a decent coating so they are not too hard to swallow.

I love it because I can tell a difference when I take it versus when I don't, it really helps with relaxation.
