If you are purchasing it for calling feature please note that if you make a call or recieve it from watch and even if bluetooth headset or normal headset is connected,audio output will be still from watch speaker and u will have to talk through watch.If you want to talk through headset mic u will have to take out ur phone from pocket and manually change the audio output from phone everytime.There are workaround for this using other automation apps if u ar tech-savvy.

The product quality is excellent

In just a few months after purchase when I needed to repair the Manager called VENKAT & another staff AMER were misleading in their statements. They are honest in revealing that their company is very INEFFICIENT & UNABLE to service or repair a smart watch under warranty bought just a few months back. They mislead the buyer by their foolish talk ultimately to DENY & DEPRIVE the after sales rights of a honest customer.Smart watches are NOT meant just to be admired & kept inside a closet. They are bound to be used @ various places like a gym or during a workout or for outdoor sports. In just 7 months of purchase I need to service/repair my watch due to an accident but Ptron staff says there is NO FACILITY to do this !!!!! They will only replace items, but excuse themselves by saying a damage is not applicable for replacement. So it means this Ptron brand is like just another "use & throw" disposable item :-) Paying a few thousand rupees to buy a Ptron gadget then to realise it CANNOT be repaired or serviced is Not worth for anyone dreaming of having a smart watch from this brand. Pls. Be aware !!! as PTRON CANNOT HELP ANYONE WITH A SIMILAR PROBLEMS., they dupe the customers saying they don't have a servicing or repairing facility in the whole of India according to their customer support staff including their manager VENKAT.PLS.DONT INVEST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH USE & THROW PTRON PRODUCTS.

Iam slowly becoming a fan of Ptron. I have a Ptron earpod, BT Neckband and now this Smart watch.I got it on an offer at 1600rs - BT calling Smart watch at this price with this quality is definitely value for money. I dont think you would find a BT calling smart watch at this price (atleast at the time of writing this review on 24th Sept 2022).Features are exactly as mentioned.There might be only one con I can think of - I cant find an option to change ringtone in the App or anywhere. The workaround is to disconnect calling which will automatically make it in silent mode. So in short, it doesnt have a silent mode. But considering the features at this price I can adjust with that small feature.If someone is on tight budget and needs a BT calling smart watch, then buy this product at Amazon's next sale (probably at Dussehra or Diwali). You might even get at a lesser price.Thank you Amazon, Ptron for an amazing product.

I never wanted to use a smart watch as just to track steps etc. As I came across this product with Bluetooth calling I wanted to give it a try. It seriously changed my perception and I am loving it. The calls are very clear and easy. In office or while driving now I don't have to look at my phone. Haven't tried msgs notification as I find it annoying so can't say much. But the watch is very comfortable. Can download different faces and even upload ur preferred pic as a wallpaper.Alot of people asked about if pTron is Chinese, please get your facts right. Its an Indian public listed company on BSE & NSE. The box does mention made in China so does your phone or laptop u reading this on too.I did recommend this to my friends and will definitely recommend you if u looking to make ur life easy with calls.Pricing is very good.

Likes: Bluetooth calling features, own photo customised watch face, comfortable to wear, battery life good.Dislikes: contacts are not taken as names with cell phone saved numbers, only one of the watch face is download by us, no space for more watch faces , extra only one is accepted., In calling out going calling is not possible, incoming call cut is not working properly.
