Disappointed
Why would the drive not have end caps to protect it. It also doesn't fit my phone so I'll be sending it back. I'm buying another from Amazon. That silver one is owned by me and notice the ends are covered. So why is the red one I just ordered isn't covered the same way??? I want my money back ASAP!!!Disappointed!! No Thanks!

Not enough info (read review)
The value is, "okay." Does have 1T of space. But THAT'S IT! Was described to have photo feed app (NOPE, simply 1T of space). Directions written in Chinglish. You'll have to manually go through your PC, create your own folders on the drive and move your info to it (also item by item). DOES have USB, Micro-USB and Apple Lightning connector. Handy to clear up space on your iPhone of old or unwanted pictures.

Another poorly vetted product
Malfunctioning from the time I put it in. Not worth my energy to send it back. I guess that's why it's made that way. It's so flimsy it won't insert itself completely as the shank for the connection is too short. Absolutely not Apple quality

Must remove and re-mount to write more then ~40GB
I have tried this 1TB (red) device on serval computers both USB 2 and USB 3 ... tried using a powered USB hub, tried it directly on the computer's onboard USB port. My computers are fairly new, all three Windows 10 Pro. All three 8GB or more of RAM. I have many 1TB USB drives. This is the first one to fail on writes. Could be just a bad unit ... But ...I can only add about 40GB at a time before it just stops writing. I must remove and re-mount to write more.

Came next day very easy to use when you plug in it will ask if you would like to download the app download the app and once you are in the app you can click on the file and select all insurance for all your photos I had 5000 photos when was able to transfer all of them with no problem

Very convenient transfer device
I haven’t used it for much yet, but I was finally after many hours wasted trying / got my video of a friends graduation off my phone and to her computet

Useless for iphone
Plugged it in overnight and never got past 10%. Don’t waste your time or money.
