I bought this after needing a more affordable option over another product I was using.This one actually has higher doses of EAA’s and includes the major AA’s that I couldn’t find in other fitness supplements and BCAA/ EAA supplements.I got the unflavored to throw into my protein shakes and it truly is unflavored. I will say however I tried it just with juice and it had a slightly funky aftertaste and smell. Nothing bad just not ideal, so I personally recommend a smoothie or protein shake. It mixes well, and doesn’t leave clumps (both blended and with a shaker bottle).I definitely notice a difference after my training sessions when I don’t take it, more soreness and longer recovery than when I take it.I take this almost everyday so I appreciate the affordable price. However it would be nice to have a bigger option

Just received my order the other day ,trying this product EEA POG flavor for first time . I've been using protein and amino acid product for over 2 decades. 1st taste is great n price is good also.the instructions call for 8 to 16 oz of water .I used 16 oz n 4 cubes of ice and the flavor was strong . But still tasted good so I added 2 more oz of water n 4 more cubes of ice .still taste good not watery with a very slight after taste. Look forward to buy again if they don't hike up the price!!.

It's a decent product especially for the price. Works as intended and the taste is decent enough to get by. Not bad but not great or notable. HOWEVER, I can't give it 5/5 because of the smell of the powder. It legit smells like wet dog fur and idk how the hell it came to that but it's pretty bad. I can bare it but if you're sensitive to smells this might be a major miss for you.

For the price this is a good deal BUT the taste and smell is dreadful. I don’t know if it’s just the specific flavor that I bought (peach mango) but it was disgustingly bad tasting. I’ll stick to a slightly more expensive brand but atleast not gag each time I drink it.

I get the fruit punch flavor. I find that 7 grams in my 48 oz water bottle is just right. When I used the suggested serving size of 11 grams it was way too sweet. Lasts longer that way as well. No problems with the product.

I decided to replace whey protein with this, great choice! It's cheaper and more healthy and those basically the same as protein but better.Only bad side is the AWFUL taste of the unflavored one, it tastes gross. If you mixe it with lemon juice it is more manageable, but with pure water is terrible.A part from that, I like it!
