Pros: No tracking. No unhealthy dust. No urine smell.Neutral: Still have to scoop poop.Cons: More expensive than other types. Takes more pads than advertised, and more pellets. [1 pad every other day for two 4 pound kittens. Difficult to clean when poop gets in to the "screen " - must clean out with a brush, as you wash with water, then put the trays back together. Cat's can't bury their poop, which stays on top of the litter and smells. The scoop doesn't handle small pieces. You will need a silicone spatula for those. The pellets require soaking in a salt solution for 24 hours, before they can be reused.
