Excellent buy, good looking sturdy and well made, really warm and gives a nice glow, made my apartment so cosy, the sides are open so you get a good view of the embers. Came well packaged just need to fit small feet this lady did it in 10 mins Perfect

Absolutely beautiful. Makes the room cosy and homely even with just the light on. Easy to build, noisy fan on it but is drown out by the tv, and I doubt the heater part won't be on much. It compliments our lounge perfectly

It looks great and warms the room really quickly. Yes it makes a small amount of noise when the heatings on as stated in other reviews, but it's a fan heater so you expect to hear the fan. It's not particularly noisy though, but yes you can hear the fan. Personally I'd recommend it

Hesitated as thought too good to be true in process of building fire surround as you sed in video.just put it on surround to try it..must say it perfect.heating blows out from bottom as well if you want that on.impressed contols inside so children cant mess.really happy gives warm glow to the room.dont hesitate.just need to put legs on 4screews supplied for each leg. Bought to replace a much more expensive fire that kept breaking down.Can’t believe how good this is. Has made the room lovely and toasty, the flame effect is great and it’s quiet.
