Fun Travel Map
Fun way to display where you have traveled. Its kinda cool when you get back from a trip to be able to scratch off a new destination.

Pleased with Map Quality and Small Size
Very pleased with the world scratch map from Maps International. Fun, easy to scratch away countries, brilliant exposed colors, major cities cited. A little tight for small countries but I preferred the smaller size map (12 x 16.5) and figured that would be a worthy tradeoff. The Europe inset is a good solution. Just need to be patient and calculated. A guitar pick worked well especially along borders.Regarding mounting: I purchased a foam board with a thin layer of cork material on one side. I cut the board at 14 x 18 so it will fit into a standard size frame of that or slightly larger size if I ever decide to frame it. Given my travel aspirations, it makes more sense to leave it unframed for now. Boa viagem!

Get the bigger one
I ordered the 12 x 16 and it's pretty small. It's hard to scratch just a tiny part, and there is not really enough contrast between the color on top and the color underneath to even see what is scratched off. This could be due to the size; I think a bigger map would be easier to see. Otherwise it is nice, I like it.

Great gift
This is the perfect gift for those friends and family who love to travel! I got this for my friend who has been on many trips and loves anything travel-themed, and this map gives him a perfect opportunity to check off where he has visited!The package came very neatly rolled up and was an experience to open.

Flimsy
Made of an incredibly flimsy, easily rippable material and came in a cheap cardboard holder with no design on it. Would not recommend
