Nice light and easy to handle.
These clippers are nice and light plus easy to handle. Battery was fully charged when arrived, have done my head and used the body hair blade in the shower aswell, only lost 10% battery. They give a nice head shave, no pulling, nicks or cuts at all. They are very quiet, alot quieter than my old Wahl corded clippers. I contacted Barberboss tonight at around 1830hrs because when I tried to register the warranty my phone kept saying check Internet connection. Barberboss ( Mike ) replied straight away which I was not expecting, he told me I had actually registered the warranty 3 times. You get an extra 6 months warranty if you scan the QR code which comes with the clippers so that is 18 months warranty, can't complain about that. I have not charged the clippers yet so can't comment on how long they take to recharge etc. Overall very happy with the clippers and customer service offered by Barberboss:-)

Like the different attachments
Used this product on one occassion so far to cut my hair as well as trim ear and nose hair.Cuts hair well but the range of combs for slightly long cuts (grade 7, 8, 9, 10) are not available which is ehy i have given it 4 rather than 5 stars.Battery is pretty good. Comfortable to use. Cant speak to durability or long term use but on first impressions, it is good value for money and has many attachments for cutting hair all over the body.

Keep the expensive brands
I had an expensive (£150+) Philips razor that was a few months out of guarantee when the battery went. I wrote to Philips to ask if the batteries are replaceable but they are not. They were very good and offered me 20% off a new one. I had no intention of buying another. I went in the January sales to Boots to find out their sale was only online despite it stating "in stores from boxing day" so I came away without. I came home to order online and by chance this for less than half the price and took a chance. I really don't need half the things that came with it but the razor itself is as good if not better than anything I have used before. Sharp, easy to use and with an extended guarantee (via registration) I took it on holiday for 8 days, without charging it since the day I bought it, and used it every morning. I took the charging lead but never needed it it still has over 70% battery. Even if this conks out (which I doubt) after 18 months I could buy 4 one after the other, at the price I paid, and that would be just over the money from what I intended to spend in boots sale. No more paying the recognised brands prices. Love it.

Solid product, outstanding customer service
I was really impressed with the shaver unit and all the attachments. The device is very easy to use, ergonomic and the battery life is impressive. Unfortunately it developed a fault and I was unable to fix/detach the attachments. The customer service team, responded swiftly and efficiently and I was sent a replacement handset which arrived within 48 hours. The process was extremely smooth and I would highly recommend Barberboss.

Battery died after six months
It worked very well as far as cutting hair and grooming goDownsides were that the numbers on the dial are so small you practically need a magnifying glass to avoid getting the wrong cutting length and the combs clog up with hair quickly then you have to keep taking take them off to rinse them outThe battery died after six months and I can't see any way to get my money back even though the seller was Amazon EU Sarl as the returns window closed long ago

Exceptional After Sales Support.
QR-6081 the first one bought in Oct 22 which was great until I had a fall, after which the dial would not adjust the cut length and forcing it only made it worse. So I purchased a second in May 23 this one will now only keep its charge for a week or less even if not used, the older one on the other hand still had battery life after 12 months or more hidden in a drawer! I then thought I would swap the batteries but this is beyond me.So I contacted BarberBoss and after supplying proof of purchase and picture, without any quibble they sent a complete new grooming kit to replace faulty unit the very next day. Very impressive service.

It's ok
My previous beard trimmer died recently which was also a BarberBoss one which worked great for me for 4 years. So I decided to try this one out.This one I'm not as happy with though. It works, but not amazingly.It tugs ocassionally when trimming and there's about 1.5 mm of play in the adjuster. So you have to make sure it's pushed down to makes sure to get an even cut. It did leave some straggly hairs behind and I had to go back over with my precision trimmer to trim them down a little.It works fine as a budget trimmer and will do me for now until I can get a better one, but it's not to the standard I normally expect from BarberBoss.

Die Wasserfestigkeit und das Design hatten mich zum Kauf bewegt.Zusätzlich verfügt das Gerät über nützliche Features, wie eine funktionierende Ladeanzeige in Prozent.Was mich nicht überzeugt war die komplizierte Bedienung des Einstellknopfes zur Einstellung von Schnittlängen.Beschriftung viel zu klein, Bedienung sehr rutschig - gerade beim Rasieren ziemlich unschön.Wenn man das akzeptiert, ist es ein gutes Gerät.
