The phone is original, bought it in 2022 amd still working fine untill today.Once you switch to fold you wont go back to jormal phone.

I bought this as an upgrade to my s10 and honestly my transition has been almost flawless. The phone is slightly narrower than the s10 making it have a very good handful. The thickness was some thing to get used to but the big screen in tablet mode helps alot while going through mail and excel files .Don't regret buying this phone at all. I recommend making the shift to a foldable like the flip 4

Bought it, worked fine, loved it in fact. then the inside screen "loosened" from the phone, so the touch sensitive doesn't work rendering the phone unusable. I only had it for a few months, but the seller refused to even engage in a conversation about what was wrong with the phone. It was not, nor ever their problem as they are only a reseller of Amazon.I contacted Samsung, who said the reseller is not recognised as a legitimate reseller of Samsung products so the warranty has no legitimacy. I can fix it (at a cost near the price of a new phone), or buy a new phone.So, I hope nothing goes wrong for you, I really enjoyed the phone for the few months I had it. Amazing to read documents and emails and generally work from. until that fateful day I made the call to the seller.

Now almost 4 months since I bought this phone. USP is big screen which is very useful. Charge last for aroun 40 hours if not used excessively. Good quality display. Nice camera quality.Cons. Costly, little bulky , should have provided S pen included for this high price.

Samsung 1 year manufacturer warranty is by default from the date of activation. But when I chat with Support they said Care plus is expired in 2022. I purchased today(12 May 2023). They asked me to go to Samsung store nearby and purchase Careplus by paying there.

Phone is amazing, the sellers aren't. I ordered the phone twice.Here is the story. Before hand, the primary problem is as follows. UAE Fold 4 comes with 2 years of Samsung Care + for free as long as you activate it using Samsung members app within 30 days of buying the phone. However, by buying the phone, it means the seller buying the phone from their source before selling it off to you.First phone, the seller was aware that this is how it works, so he opened the phone at 29 days since bought and activated the Care+ then put it back in the box and pretended it was new. I found out. It was trouble for the seller.Second phone, the seller couldn't care less and lied to me about the phone being completely new. Phone was also bought over 30 days ago. No free Care + activate-able.Point is you have to confirm with the seller directly before buying if it was bought 30 days ago or not. They most likely will not be honest unless you are very specific.Hope you don't suffer like I did for over half a month dealing with this hassle like I did. Good luck everyone :)

Never ever purchase a Samsung foldable phone. Absolute garbage and waste of money.1. The most critical part of this phone is folding hinge. Guess what this is not covered under warranty so you have to pay for it even if there is known problem with samsung foldable phones that they just don't open fully after sometime. Just go online and see thousands of users complaining about same.2. Many many of the apps still not usable in full mode.3. Save your money and don't spent on samsung fold phone.4. Phone gets too much hot while usage.

موبايل رائع مميزاته كتيرة جدا مع ان كنت قلقانه من الشاشة كتير خوفوني منها بس الكلام غلط شغال معايا لحد الان والشاشه ماحصلش فيها اي حاجه الحمدلله
