I waited to review this mat - then forgot! I bought this in July 2021, I workout on it 5 days a week. Cardio, HIIT, weights - all of it. It has held up amazing!!! No wear and tear (except a dent where I dropped a heavy dumbbell on it. User error) It doesn’t slip/slide - stays put. I love it. I did buy a small, thicker pad for when I’m down on my knees for workouts, as this isn’t that thick. But overall I love this mat! Also very easy to spray/wipe off!

La compré para una caminadora, por eso elejí la dura, si es delgada para mí gusto, pero me ha funcionado muy bien, yo tengo piso laminado y mi temor era que se marcaran las ruedas en el, llevo como un mes y muy bien. Si la recomiendo

Great mat for an echelon bike
The high density mat is a heavy duty mat. It is firm with a lot of protection for flooring and is very sturdy. I have it on carpet and haven’t had any problems with it peeling in the corners or leaving any stains or marks on my flooring. I got it before my bike so I unpacked it, laid it out in the garage for a few days to air out and get all the curves from packaging out of it. This helped a lot. No smell or problems with it laying flat. Perfect match for echelon bike which I placed right on top of it. It’s rigid and doesn’t move easily which is necessary for heavy exercise equipment. Very stable mat. I’m not a fan of the white branding on the mat. I placed the brand in the back of the bike next to the wall. It’s not noticeable. The mat does have a shine to it but it’s not a distraction and hardly noticeable once bike is on it. Good purchase for the money.

Ideal for home spin bikes
I have a spin bike that I bought at the start of the pandemic and needed a matt to put it on to protect the carpet from the marks and also from my sweat. This certainly delivers on that front - it's a very hefty matt, not something you'd want to carry around under your arm that's for sure. It does a great job protecting the living room carpet from my sweat and from the marks caused by a heavy piece of exercise equipment. Recommended.
