Looks like they have decided that maintaining this product line is too costly for them. Their website lists these filters with no method available to order them, and when I inquired through their app to ask about availability, their response was that it is discontinued. It appears they they will not stand behind their products. A shame, as the A9 works very well, but it's now a worthless large paperweight unless an alternative can be found.I would avoid their products going forward to prevent wasting my hard-earned dollars.
