Surprisingly helpful
It didn’t look like anything much when it arrived and I was very sceptical. But, it has worked a treat! Huge relief from lumbar back pain and referred hip pain when driving. Everyone’s back pain is different but this is worth a try.

Solid purchase
Good durability. Fits in car well and can be used behind the back or to sit on for hip support

Very comfortable and works well for me
I find this wedge very comfortable in my mini which has bucket seats, it’s sorted my back issues out when driving!

Not for me.
It fits the seat ok but I found that it altered my driving position too much and gave me 'dead legs' due to the pressure. So it didn't really work for me, thats not to say nobody would benefit. Tried it for 2 or three weeks then stopped used it.

Seat Pad.
Nothing wrong with this cushion, it's well made and good for the price. It stays where you put it and doesn't slide around, and gives a nice higher seat position, which is what I wanted it for.Unfortunately, it actually made my back ache so returned.

Comfort with no back pain
Just what I required to sort the sports seat out in the car. This cushion works a treat on me. I can now spend hours driving in comfort.

Too hard
Bought to raise the height of my reclining armchair seat as in time it is causing me increasing lower back pain. It is not suitable for this, it is too small and too hard and doesn’t adapt well to the chair being put in to a reclining position. Might be better on a smaller upright dining chair or similar but l think it would still be uncomfortable for a lot of women to sit on (without needing to state the obvious reason for this l hope!)
