nourishing and easy to use
Excellent addition to cereal sprinkle it on a salad.

Can't be without it
Have been using this product for few years now and to be honest it is one of the best supplement you could have. It is the combination of nuts and Q10 (which is good for heart) that appeals to me. it is good to add to porridge, soup or salad it changes taste and texture of it. Its crunchiness and healthy supplement which makes it permanent feature in my diet. My children tried it once and got hooked on it.

Much better than the Cocoa/Strawberry one.
I tried the Cocoa Strawberry Blueberry version first and it took me ages to get through it. I use it on my cereal but didnt like the flavour. Glad I gave this one a go as I much prefer it and will buy more of this one.It's worth trying different versions as there may be one that you prefer, but I would definitely recommend starting out with this one if you've never tried Linwoods before; it's nutty and crunchy and works well with cereal.

A superb gluten-free addition to baking products
As a diabetic coeliac, I find I frequently need to re-order this. I control both conditions by diet alone, no drugs or mediaction. I cook real food, not packaged ready-made stuff, and the Linwoods range is ideal for helping with a low carb high fat diet, which keeps my blood sugar low. I add this mix to the ground almonds I use in all my baking, and it adds greatly to the texture and nutrition of pizza bases, quiches, Swiss-rolls both savoury and sweet. I use Xylitol instead of sugar for cakes etc, and no one knows the difference! I highly recommend this product.

I'm nuts about this healthy sprinkle
Love this flaxseed and nut mix not over fine and great in cereal or add to smoothies for extra goodness. I prefer this to flaxseed on its own and with the added nuts I know I am getting extra protein and health benefits. I have also used in banana muffins and my morning porridge so a great all rounder.

Great for Adding to Overnight Oats
I make batches of dry oats mixed with ground nuts and seeds for my hubby's breakfasts. Each day I place a scoop of the mix into a container, add milk and place in the fridge ready for next day's brekkie. Just before eating, he adds either fresh/defrosted berries or tinned pears or a banana. This mix of milled goodness is really convenient.

Not sure about the benefits. Although used the whole product over a period of time, really couldn't gauge any really benefit. Used up quite quickly as well. For me, just not sure
