Our son is 6 months old now and this teat is far better suited to his needs. We had been using the #2 teats that were packaged with the MAM bottles we purchased.Theres nothing wrong with the #2 teat, the flow is just too slow at 6 months plus. Our boy is bigger now and taking largers gulps from the bottle. We had noticed that he was beginning to have some difficulty and was exerting more effort than should be required.These #3 fast flow teats have allowed him to take larger gulps with far less effort. He seems to be feeding better and after getting used to the increased flow, is having a much more pleasing feeding experience.The teats are universal and fit any MAM bottles. Perfect replacement for any that have torn and broken. Or like us and upping the flow. Great value for money and absolutely no issue with them. Premium quality so a bit more expensive than other brands but well worth the price.

Quality product. Extra slow flow is what I like about mam teats. Would definitely recommend. I wish these were but cheaper though, it is pricey. But guess value for money still.

We originally had tommee tippee teats and our little one became more fussy about bottles. At 8 months anything that helps is good.The teats are softer and shaped more like a natural nipple so easier on the little one when teething. We tried our usual tommee tippee teats and bottles when our little one was teething and she refused, we then tried these and she did take a small amount. Something is always better than nothing when it comes to babies.The teat does flow quite fast so not suitable for newborns, good for average eaters.
