PortwestHi-Vis Reversible Raincoat - UH447, Yellow/Black, XL

This is a wonderful coat that actually does keep you dry. I work outside from early spring until late fall (March to November). Where I live we can get heavy rainstorms and get them frequently. The temperature also fluctuates sometimes drastically from day to day. The coat is large enough to wear a warm coat underneath (I ordered it a little larger just to be sure). It is of high quality and most importantly I can wear it a full 8 hours in the rain without becoming wet, due to water soaking through the material, and depending on the temperature- without being cold or over heating. Unlike some reversible clothing items it isn’t awkwardly fitting worn either way. The coverage is wonderful. I am 5’6” and the coat covers me down to mid-shin level. It is made of quality material that so far hasn’t ripped or shown any snags even though I’ve caught it on wood and once on a nail. There are two improvements I would suggest: creating a breast pocket on the black side of the coat like the one on the fluorescent side and a pocket at waist/hip level to hold a phone or other necessary items. The coat does have slits that allow you to reach through to underclothing but it is much less convenient and no where as easy as an outer pocket would be. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints about the coat.

Great and practical purchase for me. I paired it with a rain hat and rubber boots and it empowers me to take care of my outside tasks and remain dry.

These range stickers are so good. I bought a second one to keep in my second vehicle. As with my other review, these jackets are really nice, heavy duty quality material. It would just be nice if they had a pocket built into them other than just the sewn through slit in the side so you can get to your inside pants.

The hood is removable (would rather permanently attached) otherwise would say one of best rain coats to deal with difficult water conditions. Kept me dry and visible in bad storms

Durable rain coat, long length keeps your pant legs dry. Heavier than most, but not too heavy - just durable. Handy openings on the side allows you to get into your pockets to get keys etc.
