Excellent product. Very sturdy (when you pick up the package it really has some weight in it), well designed & neat-looking piece of kit which is fantastic value for money.Attaching it to the TV:This was purchased for an old Sony Bravia TV with odd (200x150mm) VESA dimensions. I clarified with Invision CS (who were very well-informed & responsive) before puchasing that it was compatible & simply used the back-plate without the additional 'wings' supplied; cinch to fit & lines up perfectly. I wanted to use the longest spacers provided since, due to the - outmoded - TV design, the backplate covers all the connectors, so purchased some longer (50mm) M5 screws to allow sufficient clearance. The 25mm screws supplied would have been fine were it not for this. There's a very good selection of other options too so you should find what you need in the pack.Attaching it to the wall:My TV weighs about 17-18kg - for a 32" it's a bit of a clunker due to its age & I bought this for my kids' (6yo) playroom so I deliberately over-specced the bracket to cope with the potential 'abuse'. Until I started drilling I hadn't realised that the walls were thermalite (breeze-block), i.e., a bit like the solid sponge-type stuff that's used for flower-arranging... I exaggerate slightly! I therefore opted to trade-up on the fixings & swapped the 80mm long coach screws provided for 100mm & used 2 x rawlpugs in each hole - the ones provided at the back & new ones purchased at the front to give sufficient purchase. As with those provided, the screw heads are hex so I was able to tighten these with a socket - I doubt you'd manage to do this with a spanner let alone a screwdriver so worth considering this before you embark. The result: a very solid, secure connection, tested out (as suggested elsewhere) by each kid swinging on the bracket - at maximum extension too - w/o any mishaps. (I've obviously banned them from doing this again now there's a TV attached to it!) TV is dead easy to attach once you've fitted the bracket to the wall but it is a 2-person job - 1 to guide, the other to lift.Instruction booklet - though typeface could be a little bigger - is easy to follow & has good graphics too.All-in-all, an excellent product. Seems a little counter-intuitive that you'd entrust your £1,500-worth of Sony/Samsung/LG to something that costs £25 but I really think you'd struggle to find better at any price.* I obviously didn't test this but would be confident the wall & TV would 'fail' first!

Easy Setup, Works Great
Fitted this up for a 55” screen and it’s been rock solid. Install was pretty straightforward — the instructions were clear enough and all the bits were there. Once it was on the wall, it felt sturdy and moved smoothly. Great adjustability too. For the price, can’t really complain. Feels like it’ll last.

these Invision brackets are absolutely brilliant. (I contacted Invision before my purchase to ask ...
Considering their cost in comparison to certain brand name VESA wall brackets that can run you nigh on £100, these Invision brackets are absolutely brilliant. They are solidly constructed, very well made, & they also have a decent quality finish. (I contacted Invision before ordering to ensure I was choosing the right bracket for my new TV; they answered all of my questions & responded within a few hours each time I messaged. They also emailed PDF installation instructions for this HDTV-E model, & their HDTV-DL model which was very helpful for me to get a better idea of the appropriate model for my requirements).Installation is reasonably straightforward, (an extra pair of hands is a big help & most will need help when it comes to actually lifting the TV up anyway). The instructions are sufficient, (although they could be a little more detailed & clearer to help those unaccustomed to DIY), but it's not rocket science. The kit includes several different sizes of screws & spacers/washers for mounting the VESA backplate to the TV (dependant upon the specific make & model). A small spanner is also included if you don't have access to a decent toolkit, however, it would be a bit of a struggle using the supplied spanner alone for the complete installation IMHO. (From our experience installing this bracket, ideally it's best to have):-A) A reliable power drill/screwdriver + 10mm (masonry if applicable) drill bit.B) A small socket wrench + 10mm socket, or a decent 10mm spannerC) A large head Phillips type screwdriver.D ) A small hammer, (the raw plugs are fairly heavy duty & mine needed tapping home into a brick wall). The overall installation & set up will then be much easier, & faster. ENSURE that the main wall bracket is installed the right way up too!! (There are markings on the bracket that are depicted in the instructions, double check as it's fairly easy to overlook the correct orientation if not paying attention). Fitting the backplate onto the TV is quick & simple, & the VESA measurements are spot on. (For those who may share concerns that I had before purchase - the backplate (& TV) can be seperated from the main bracket quite easily). Once the TV is actually up onto the bracket it has an excellent range of adjustment to get everything perfectly aligned & positioned. The rated weight limit is 36 kg, however, my new 50" TV weighs approx 17 kg. The dual armed "DL" model would have been complete overkill (with less range of adjustment), & I'm barely testing this bracket with my 17kg TV. The moving joints have a firm level of resistance but they still move freely & very smoothly. Several cable ties are also included to keep the cabling tidy & secure. Cables can also be routed along the upper & lower parts of the main arm through plastic covers that simply slot into place. A braided HDMI 2.0 cable is also included which came in handy as the cable supplied with my new TV was far too short. I've since installed different HDMI cables I had ordered that hadn't arrived at the time, but the provided cable will certainly come in useful as a spare or if I connect a further HDMI device in the future. The bracket is supplied in retail packaging along with the full installation instructions, previously mentioned screws/spacers, the small spanner, & a handy spirit level. The included HDMI cable is high quality & it definitely supports UHD 4K, HDR, 3D, & ARC (from the few days use it did have). I'm VERY happy with the wall bracket & I'm glad I decided to go with this model that allows the greater range of movement. I'd certainly purchase another if I needed to wall mount another TV. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 5/5.

Quality product, disappointing installation instructions
This TV bracket is a quality product. (Works well, looks OK, solid fixing, adjustable in two dimensions). The installation instructions are quite poor. The printed instructions are quite small (printed in multiple languages) and this makes them difficult to read. A link on the instructions sheet to a YouTube channel might help. It was a relief that no parts were missing! An email contact for help is supplied, but this communication is a bit slow for getting immediate help (like on a Saturday morning). A simple spanner and spirit level are included. Labels on the parts would help, like 'top' to ensure the bracket isn't installed upside down. There are lots of screws and it isn't made clear what they are for; there are small spacers but it isn't made clear what they are for or where they go (we guessed).Three of us worked on this, two to do the heavy lifting and wall fixings and one to check the height, levelness and routing of cables.
